Applying for the Wisconsin Experience or Find Your People Grant?

Your RSO is eligible only if at least one of these is true:

  • You’ve received an ASM Event Grant for an event this semester
  • You’re on the wait list for an ASM hearing for an event this semester
  • You’re seeking funding only for something ASM can’t fund (like food or a closed event)
  • ASM has run out of funds for the academic year

The Wellness Grant does not have this requirement.

Before You Apply

  • Confirm your RSO is in good standing with SOLI
  • Contact the grant coordinator to check that funds are still available
  • Review the grant’s page for full criteria, eligible expenses, and deadlines
  • Have your event date, budget, and details ready

Looking for More Funding?

ASM grants (Event, Travel, Operations, Open Fund), the Global Badger Experience Grant, the Multicultural Student Center (MSC) Grant (for MSC dual-affiliated RSOs), and other campus sources also fund RSO activities. See all funding options on the RSO Finances page.
