The RSO Print and Resource Center now offers resources for checkout or reservation by UW-Madison students! Some items are for use in the Student Activity Center; some items may be taken out of the Student Activity Center for use elsewhere; some items may be borrowed for multiple days. See below for more information on the different resources available, the checkout and reservation policies, and the costs.
Accredited RSOs: All check out and reservation fees are reduced by 50%!
Checkout Resources
- Items available for checkout at the Front Desk, 3rd floor of the SAC (333 E Campus Mall)
- See the menu below for available items, costs, and usage details
- Pay with Wiscard or credit/debit card
- Subject to availability — visit the Front Desk to check out your item
Reservable Resources
- Items available for reservation for up to 2 days per reservation (within the current semester)
- See the menu below for available items and costs
- Pay with Wiscard, credit/debit card, or approved funding string
- Submit requests at least 5 days in advance
- Fill out the online reservation form — items will be ready for pickup and payment at the Front Desk, 3rd floor of the SAC

How it Works
To reserve items,
- Fill out the online reservation form
- Wait for confirmation email
- Pick up your items at the SAC Front Desk (3rd floor)
- Complete payment at pickup
Payment Information
- Accepted methods: Wiscard, credit/debit card, or approved funding string (for reservations)
- Payment is due at the time of pickup at the SAC Front Desk
