3/17/2026 Coaster Craze: Cricut Design & Press Workshop
Join us on Tuesday, March 17 from 4:30–6:00 PM at the RSO Print & Resource Center (PRC) for a fun, hands-on custom coaster making workshop!

Use Cricut machines and PRC materials to design and press your own coasters perfect for your desk, dorm, or coffee table. No design experience needed at all. We’ll have templates, guidance, and PRC staff around to help you every step of the way.
Come solo or bring a friend, meet new people, get creative, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere with brownies and good vibes. You’ll leave with coasters you made yourself and a chance to explore what the PRC has to offer.

4/15/2026 Garment Workshop: Create your own custom shirt!
Join us at the RSO Print & Resource Center (PRC) on Tuesday, April 15 from 4:30–6:00 PM for a hands-on workshop focused on creating your own custom-branded garment.

Participants will explore the process of making custom shirts using PRC tools and equipment(Cricut), from selecting a design to pressing the final piece. No prior design or printing experience is needed. PRC staff will be available throughout the session to guide you and answer questions. This event is a great opportunity to try something new, connect with other students, and meet new people.
Garments will be free for those who RSVP! (while supplies last), and feel free to stick around afterward and have some ice cream at 5:30PM.

2/12/2026 Career Fair Prep Series Day 2: Brand Yourself Like a Startup
Drop in to the RSO Print and Resource Center (PRC) anytime from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM for Brand Yourself Like a Startup, the second part of our two-day Career Fair Prep Series in collaboration with The Writing Center.
In this engaging and creative session, Writing Center staff will help you identify your strengths, craft a personal tagline, and define the key elements of your professional identity — similar to how startups build their brand. PRC staff will then guide you in turning those ideas into a personalized button, a business card, and much more. They will also be available to review resumes, cover letters, and other written materials.
This workshop blends career readiness with creative expression, giving you both clarity and tangible materials to take into networking conversations and future opportunities.

2/11/2026 Career Fair Prep Series Day 1: Resume Print & Polish Day
Drop in to the RSO Print and Resource Center (PRC) anytime from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM for Print & Polish Day, the first part of our two-day Career Fair Prep Series in collaboration with The Writing Center.
Writing Center staff will be available to review resumes, cover letters, and other written materials, offering quick and effective feedback to strengthen your applications. PRC staff will then help you format and print clean, professional copies of your documents so you can walk into the Career Fair feeling fully prepared.
Whether you’re attending the fair for the first time or updating materials you already have, this session provides the support and guidance you need to make a strong impression.

Drop in to the RSO Print and Resource Center (PRC) anytime from 1:00–5:00 PM for Org Merch Maker Day! Student organizations are invited to design a custom merch sample that reflects their brand and supports their spring programming. Whether you’re imagining new tabling materials or testing out a fresh idea, this is your chance to experiment and bring your concepts to life.
During your visit, PRC staff will be on hand to offer guidance, walk you through our equipment, and help you explore which tools and materials best match your organization’s needs. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how the PRC can elevate your outreach—making it easier to create polished, eye-catching pieces for recruitment, events, and community engagement.

Drop in to the RSO Print & Resource Center (PRC) anytime from 4:30pm 7:30pm on November 5th for a hands-on Merch-Making Demonstration!
In this session, we’ll show you how to create custom items like buttons, mirrors, bottle openers, magnets, keychains, notepads, postcards, stickers and more! Whether your student organization is looking to level up its merch, you’re planning giveaways for an upcoming event, or you just want to design some personalized goodies, this is a great chance to see what’s possible.
All the materials and equipment you’ll need are available right here at the PRC for purchase, so you can bring your creative ideas to life on the spot. Stop by, learn how it works, and start imagining your next project!

Attend to the RSO Print and Resource Center (PRC) from 5:00pm – 7:30pm on Wednesday, October 1st for our Sticker Workshop!
Bring your own designs to print and turn them into custom stickers. The workshop has a cost of $10.80 plus tax which covers the cost of 30, 3″x3″ stickers.
Whether you want to add a creative touch to your laptop, decorate your water bottle, or design something completely unique, this is your chance to learn the basics of sticker-making and leave with something personal you’ve created.
